  44. AMOSPro *is not* yet a PD product..... the AMOSPro installed on your HD is a
  45. commercial *copyrighted* product, and *you can't* spread it!  It's illegal...

  47. the deal with Lionet and Europress i've obtained the sources (with a Non
  48. Disclosure Agreement, so the sources will never be released to the public!)
  49. and the
  50. permission to upgrade and distribute AMOS for *non-profit* reasons.

  52. When in December i'll release my reworked version, AMOS (my version, not the
  53. EuroPress one!) will be PD and freely distributable. The complete AMOSPro and
  54. Compiler package will be available for free download on the Amos Factory site.
